Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at rey@towednesday.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to post content that harasses, threatens, or discriminates against any individual or group; contains hate speech or incitement to violence; depicts or solicits sexual content involving minors; violates any applicable local, national, or international law; impersonates any person or entity; or contains spam, malware, or malicious links.
Prohibited Content & Moderation
TO WEDNESDAY reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account. We are not liable for any content posted by users.
Disclaimer of Warranties
TO WEDNESDAY is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TO WEDNESDAY and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or inability to access the platform.
Safe Space Policy
TO WEDNESDAY is committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all users. Harassment, discrimination, and abusive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate account termination.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting rey@towednesday.com.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
