Information We Collect
We collect account information you provide at registration including your display name, username, email address, date of birth, and optional profile details. We also collect content you create on the platform such as forum posts and replies, and general usage data such as pages visited and device type.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate and improve the platform, authenticate your identity, send account-related communications, and maintain community safety. We do not sell your personal information or serve third-party advertisements on TO WEDNESDAY platforms.
Google Sign-In
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your Google password. You may revoke TO WEDNESDAY's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS infrastructure. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext. We apply row-level security policies so users can only access data they are authorized to view.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at rey@towednesday.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Your Rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other applicable laws, you have the right to access, correct, object to processing, and request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at rey@towednesday.com.
Cookies
TO WEDNESDAY uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
